Hello. This is my debut post regarding me, being a foodie. According to the internet, a foodie is "a gourmet, or a person who has an ardent or refined interest in food and alcoholic beverages, seeks new food experiences as a hobby rather than simply eating out of convenience or hunger."...
Now that the town of Sto.Tomas in the province of Batangas, rich in history and talented people, is starting to be known as a booming rendezvous for friends and family to dine or just to hang-out, I think it is also time for someone to give feedbacks to the food being served in restos and food kiosks popping out like mushrooms in the town's vicinity especially by its Maharlika Highway. I believe that we need critics not to destroy someone, in this case, a resto's reputation but to help in improving the quality and taste of the food they serve and eventually help the economy in general.
So I better prepare my tummy and appetite, for sure this will be a food fight...
